Tis the season......
for joy, family, food, comfort, thankfulness and of course, gifts.  I suggest starting to wrap those gifts now, if you've already purchased them.  If not, go ahead and crochet your wrappings.

When I was growing up, we used an insane amount of wrapping paper, ribbon, bows and name tags.  One time, we ran out of wrapping paper and used newspapers.  The Comics pages. LOL

This year, I am giving small gifts and I find no need in wasting money on ribbon when I have TONS of scrap yarn.  So, I thought I'd share my epiphany with you.

Create your own gift wrapping embellishments!

 Create Snowflake Sweet Treat Wrappers
 Wrap your goodies up in style with a crocheted band with a snowflake attached.




Make the Jingle Bells Basket
Hook up this little basket and fill it with edible goodies to gift to someone.






 Make little flower hair-bows to attach to the gifts.  Its great as an embellishment because it is reusable.  Great for the girls on our lists.
