Hi!  I am Dani, short for Danielle.  I share a beautiful country home in East Tennessee with the most difficult stubborn man I have ever met.....yes, he is the love of my life LOL.  I started my business Crochetto (you can read more about it here) in May of 2013.  I have spent years upon years crocheting.  I started as a very little girl.  My grandmother taught me how to make a chain.  So I made a "snake" that went all over her farmhouse living room.  She tried multiple times to teach me how to turn my work and make something else.  I was too young to catch on.  When I was in college, I wanted to learn more about crochet.  Then came weeks upon weeks of research and youtubing.  My favorite teacher and now mentor was Michael Sellick at the Crochet Crowd.  That was years ago!  Over the past five years, I have played and learned and made so much.

 I am somewhat of an adventurer.  I have lived in numerous places all over the United States, but nothing beats the feeling of home.  Im a Southern Belle at heart.  I know how to shoot a gun, shoot a bow, fish, and even run cattle.  I love everything about my little farm life.

I have never been married and have no kids.  I do have an amazon parrot and a dog that have stolen my heart. I love my fur and feather babies just as I would a child.

I work full-time in the mental health industry as administrative support staff.  Meaning, I do medical records, front desk/receptionist, answer phone calls and deal with some pretty hefty situations at times.  Its one of the best jobs that I have ever had and it's with an outstanding corporation.  My career goals are to move into the IT department within the company.
